Requesting a refund for the app, how do I go about it?

From Wednesday 16 August you can request a refund of your remaining funds.
You have 7 days to do so.
To request a refund you are billed a one-time processing fee of 2 euros.
This is all handled within the app.

After 7 days and if no refund request was received your remaining funds will be regarded as a donation to Antwerp Pride.
Funds which were placed on a Token Card are unfortunately non refundable.
